Cardboard City with Aaron Head

Friday 22 February / 10am - 12pm / 2 - 4pm / Free

Join artist Aaron Head to help create a sprawling cardboard metropolis. Participants will get the chance to build 'big and bold' by creatively re-using a variety of cardboard boxes and sculptural techniques. Over the course of the day a dizzying maze of tunnels, bridges and towers will emerge and spread across the room so bring along your camera and document the rise and fall of the city. As a culmination of the workshop participants will 'activate' their city with the clever use of lights and torches to create shadows and depth.
