Illustration students take inspiration from the Lincolnshire Museum of Rural Life Posted: 22 Feb 2013 09:12 AM PST Students from Level 1 BA (Hons) Illustration recently visited the Lincolnshire Museum of Rural Life in Lincoln. It was part of a three week drawing project to record objects from the museum in sketchbooks. The museum collection celebrates the culture of Lincolnshire and its people from 1750 to the present day. Exhibits illustrate commercial, domestic, agricultural, industrial and community life. The students used these drawings later on the studio to make some larger artworks on the theme of 'Cityscape'. |
