The exhibition features artists from across England, with staff and students from the University of Lincoln. Co-curated by fine art students, Kate Buckley and Fine Art lecturer Andrew Bracey, this exhibition arises from aspects of their artwork, specifically how artists re-use existing artworks to make new art, either their own or that of other artists. There are many connections, collaborations and interests shared between the artists. It is a follow up exhibition to A Blind Python With Jewelled Eyes, Greestone Gallery, Lincoln, 2011.
There is a programme of associated events at the gallery during the course of the show including Tuesday 22 May 7-9pm for an evening of sound art, featuring and organised by Ross Oliver and Nathan Baxter- AAZ (approaching affective zero), and on Friday 25 May 7-9pm Tom Cuthbertson hosts REEL, curated selection of artist's films. Over+Out is an artist run space in Lincoln run by Lincoln Fine Art graduates Dale Fearnley and Laura Mahony.
