The Open Project is mac birmingham's innovative re-working of the 'open' exhibition format. The Open Project guarantees the regions' artists a place to show and sell artwork between 22 August - 8 September in mac birmingham's prominent first floor gallery. From 10am-12pm on Saturday 15 June The Open Project Workshop will look at everything from pitching to pricing to promoting your artwork. The event considers everything you need to know about submitting work to The Open Project. The event will feature presentations from mac birmingham producers Craig Ashley and Daniel Whitehouse, independent artist and curator Trevor Pitt, and Director of Turning Point West Midlands Wendy Law.
