Thursday 25 July / 6.30pm / Free

Internationally renowned dance artist Rosemary Lee speaks about an exciting new dance project she is organising in her capacity as artist in residence for IF: Milton Keynes International Festival 2014 that will involve a hundred local people as performers. There will be an opportunity at this Scratch Night to see Rosemary's work and take part in a movement workshop. This event is open to anyone over 16 years old with or without dance training.

The event planned for 2014 will be an opportunity for all ages to perform in an unusual outdoor dance performance in the unique setting of the Cathedral of Trees, Newlands, near Willen Lake, Milton Keynes. Rosemary seeks enthusiastic, committed young people and adults interested in movement and performance to participate in the project. There will be open groups after school and evening for adults and young people and Rosemary also aims to work within a primary school with a class or two of children as performers.
