Join us for the launch of our new exhibition The Universal Addressability of Dumb Things, curated by Turner Prize Winner, Mark Leckey.
This exciting exhibition presents a variety of works from leading artists, alongside traditional museum objects in the very different setting of a contemporary art gallery. Part history, part fantasy, the exhibition groups a range of artworks and objects, including a giant inflatable cartoon figure of Felix the Cat, a medieval silver hand containing the bones of a saint and a Cyberman helmet replica, into four key themes - the body, animals, automotive and monsters.
The official launch is followed by a party until 11pm, featuring a DJ set by Stephen Mallinder (ex-Caberet Voltaire). Complimentary drinks courtesy of ABSOLUT Vodka.
Supported by ABSOLUT UNIQUE.
