FEAST your eyes on an A-Z of art from artist Michael Craig-Martin. Posted: 16 Feb 2012 04:00 PM PST He has taught many up-and-coming artists in his role of professor at Goldsmiths College of Art and has now produced 26 screenprints in which letters of the alphabet are overlaid with seemingly random objects from everyday life in Warwickshire in the exhibition In Alphabet. |

Animation students bring NSS to life Posted: 17 Feb 2012 07:34 AM PST Students from BA (Hons) Animation were asked to put short animations together, publicising this year's call to enter the National Student Survey. The survey, administered by Ipsos Mori, asks final year undergraduate students for feedback on their course and HE institution. Many of them have been posted on YouTube. |

Posted: 17 Feb 2012 02:11 AM PST Staff and students from the School of Art & Design were invited to the All Walks Campaign Project seminar that asked them to think about mirroring a more realistic range of women, in age, size and race, than standards currently on offer, in their own projects and future careers in the fashion industry. Fashion students recognise diversity as a key issue - Female First www.femalefirst.co.uk Erin O'Connor, Caryn Franklin and Debra Bourne are doing their best to celebrate diversity on the catwalks - but as recent controversies tell us they're not having much luck, as of yet. |
