The primary aim is to increase participation across services.  A fully resourced ‘card’ will enable that via customer insight, tracking, cross-marketing, targeted marketing at key segments and a better more comprehensive knowledge of our market and customer base.  The ‘card’ is a new concept for Milton Keynes and will incorporate the existing Passport to Leisure scheme.
