mac birmingham is recruiting for its Learning and Participation leader. We're looking for someone who can build on mac's highly respected Learning and Participation programmes both at mac and offsite. We want to extend our reputation for relevant, progressive and innovative approaches to meeting the needs and opportunities of a diverse city and region. The successful candidate will have at least three years experience of developing imaginative learning or development led programmes, with proven project management skills within an education or community context or through a significant freelance capacity.
