Operations and Development Manager for Craftspace Starting salary for 30 hours per week will be between £20K-£23K per annum (depending on experience). At least 3 years' experience working in management and administration, proven working experience of financial administration, HR, fundraising, external partnerships, communication and organisation skills are essential.
