There's borrowed time then there's this place...these pics were taken on Feb 26th this year... demolition was due to start January..

last weekend I spied that the demolition contractors had moved in and internal stripping out had started so I'm guessing that it won't be long before it comes down... in fact it may have already started by the time you read this..
