One World Club @ the Cruck Barn - 7th January 2013 Posted: 02 Jan 2013 06:13 AM PST NEXT OWC SHOW - Monday the 7th of Jan! Our booked acts include the aforementioned B-BOY JMC, together with APEX CREW; B-Boy himself appeared for the first time at our show on 5th November, and literally brought the house down! Well, not literally, we don’t do collapsing function halls. We were all so amazed that we asked him back for this show, and this time he’s bringing his ‘crew’, Apex Crew, who danced with him at The Shopping Centre; those of you who saw them there will know that their act is unmissable. Father and son team, BILLY and CALUM BECK will pipe in the new year with a spiritual and uplifting performance on the Scots pipes, one of One World Club's own traditions. NICKY PRINCE will be making her premier performance at One World Club, but she is no amateur. Just check out her website http://www.reverbnation.com/nickyprince Latin group FUEGO NIGHTS also make their debut with us, and you’ll be pleased they did, and even more pleased that you were there to see them. If you’re not there, on the other hand, you won’t! You’ll be sorry you missed them ! Another premier performance will be from HARMANICS, a new chorus comprising exciting singers whom we know from such established groups as MK Acapella and Milton Keynotes! In our support of the homeless, we are promised a performance of THE HOPE, a group put together by shelter manager, Debbie Murray, herself a blues and soul singer of serious standing. The Hope have made a record which has received multi-media coverage, and is sure to move you. Maestro sitar player PAUL JACKSON, another crowd-pulling performer at The Big Busk, will astound us once again with his lightning fingers, including, this time, some slide blues, Indian style. Lynette will wet your appetite for more once you’ve tasted her home made pies and cakes, on sale at the show Details: MONDAY 7TH JANUARY 2013.
