MK Gallery is now a member of the Own Art scheme, which makes buying limited edition prints from MK Gallery Shop easy and affordable by letting you spread the cost of your purchase over 10 months with an interest free loan.

Own Art loans are available from as little as £100 up to a maximum of £2,000 repayable in 10 monthly instalments and are completely interest free. It's a great way to start your own art collection at home.

Come along and create a series of semi-abstract, experimental photographs using a selection of materials; paper cut-outs, colour plastic sheets, torches, mirrored card, magnifying glass, fabric and other objects. Your finished postcard sized prints can be taken away and displayed in your home

Colourful Creations with Clare Ridgway (Part Two)Saturday 8 September / 1 - 3pm / Free

Suitable for children aged 4+

This session continues the theme from last week by transferring your photocopied pictures onto material using a simple transfer technique. Have fun experimenting with your original pictures by adding filters and repeating the process to create repetitive motifs. If you created work in last week's session, please bring this along with you.

If you're taking part in Arts Award Discover, we will be happy to look over your arts log at the end of the session.

Suitable for children aged 4+

Come along and create exciting stencilled images using paint, string and collage. Photograph or photocopy your images using coloured gels as filters to create your own colour changes and explore elements of transparency.

Arts Gateway MK Transition Survey 2012

Thank you for participating in this research.

This anonymous survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete. Arts Gateway MK aims to find out about what development support and training are required by creative businesses and artists working in the Milton Keynes area.

The results of the survey will be used to inform a new approach by Arts Gateway MK that aims to both increase inward investment for the arts and creative industries in Milton Keynes, and the range of training and support available locally for the sector.

All information will be kept confidential and Arts Gateway MK will comply with the principles outlined in the Data Protection Act and will not disclose, publish or reveal any confidential information collected within the survey.

The terms ‘business’ and ‘organisation’ are used to include creative industries companies as well as individual artists and Arts Organisations.
