Chance to visit a business in another European Country Posted: 18 Dec 2012 08:21 AM PST Some of us will spend the Christmas week planning our holiday on the continent for 2013. But if you are a "new and/or aspiring entrepreneur" locally, you could get finance to visit a successful business in another European country, courtesy of the EU programme Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs. The "young" seems to mean either "at heart" or is possibly a translation of euro-speak for "new", there doesn't seem to be an age limit. The press release from Nottingham Trent, who are local facilitators through their Hive programme, goes on to say:
There is more, official, information on the website for the Erasmus programme, in English, and there is an online application process. This is just one of the pan-European initiatives that Nottingham Trent is involved with. They are a part of the Organza programme for creative industries in medium size cities – you can read their reports which might be helpful background for your application. And of course Nottingham's Creative Twinning initiative is going from strength to strength – read our recent three part series here, here, and here. Good luck! John is one of our team of bloggers.
