Posted: 20 Sep 2011 03:48 AM PDT

Your creativity will be matched by your understanding of the user experience and your constant desire to comprehend the latest digital technologies and methodologies. You'll have some understanding of HTML & CSS (maybe even some programming) but your focus will be engaging, interactive & creative design. Skills You'll hopefully also have: - some experience of an agency environment - a good grounding of Photoshop, Illustrator & Flash - appreciation of UX/UI methods including wireframing & user-paths - a grasp of marketing & branding principles - a never ending bank of commercially considered ideas - the ability to keep smiling Us We're a strategic marketing agency full of thinkers, creatives and developers. You'll be part of a small but already perfectly formed production team of experienced designers from all sides of the spectrum. We don't take ourselves too seriously but we do work hard for our clients and for each other. We're never afraid of taking on the impossible which only ever serves to make us stronger & wiser. Together We'll conquer the world, one step at a time. We'll continue to grow our team, our clients and most importantly our results. We'll collectively work smarter, be more organised, produce consistently great work and enjoy the rewards. The Benefits - A mac (or pc if you'd really prefer) with at least 2 screens - 20 days holiday (pro rata) + bank hols - A choice of colour which will represent your place in the agency and our brand - Salary reflected by experience Still Interested? Drop us an email, or give us a ring. Better still send us something lovely! More importantly send us your work. Remember this is a digital position so a CV attached as a word doc probably won't get much of a response! hr@viva-aspire.com
