The Arts Administrator is responsible for all office administration, acting as a first point of contact for all enquiries. The candidate will also be responsible for the maintenance of administrative systems within the office, financial administration, supporting the Artistic Director and assisting other members of staff in the day-to-day running of the organisation. The successful candidate will gain structured experience on the job, learning many aspects of arts management from The Basement's experienced staff.
