The 2012 Young Open presentation attracted over 150 visitors to the gallery to see the young artists work. Creative Hinckley was introduced by John Brightmore and every one gaterd to hear the winners or this years prizes. Bev. Chandler the gallery manager explained how the judging had been carried out, then it was handed over to HBBC arts Champion Jeff Banister and Cllr Mathew Hulbert, who handed over the prizes.

Runner up was Evie Webster. £50
age category 12-15. 1st prize Tom Ruff. £200
Runner up was Keira Harvey £100
age category 16-19. 1st prize Beth Jones £300
